13 Ways To Use Up Extra Tomatoes Before They Go Bad

What to do with extra tomatoes before they go bad. Check out these 13 ways to use your fresh tomatoes in recipes, drinks, facials, and more.

Ken and I didn’t do a garden this year, yet, even we have an abundance of tomatoes. Thanks to our far too generous family members. And we are honestly very grateful; however, we had so many all at once that I had to start searching for ideas on how to use them up before they got mushy, gushy, and rotten.

I hate waste, so I got on this pretty quick the other day, and while I was at it I decided to put together a list of uses so we can all save the tomatoes this garden season. As a side note, that slogan might make a cute T-Shirt for a gardener, hmmm…

What to do with extra tomatoes, uses for tomatoes

Anyhow, check out all the different ways you can use up those extra gorgeous red and green fruits of the vine.

And by the way, tomatoes aren’t just for eating.

Enjoy.

I hope you found at least one way to use up your extra tomatoes. Now, I think we all deserve a T-Shirt.
